Geoffrey Sambu, a transfer from Florida A&M where he previously ran for coach Wayne Angel, has transferred to Tennessee Tech where he will help the first-year Golden Eagle coach chart a new course for TTU cross country program.

The Tennessee Tech cross country season begins Saturday morning under first-year coach Wayne Angel when the Golden Eagles compete at the Carolina Invitational, a race that will be held on Ft Jackson in Columbia, S.C.
