Candice Cox, a former cross country and track and field athlete, has proved you can go home again. This year she has returned to her old school, Pine Tree High in Longview, Texas, to teach Spanish.

Lacey Printz Klotz came to Lipscomb from Seattle to run cross country and track. She works as a public relations specialist in the communications and marketing department.

The Lipscomb cross country team had five student-athletes receive Atlantic Sun Academic All-Conference honors, as announced by the league offices on Wednesday. Ball was named the A-Sun Women s Cross Country Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

For the third year in a row, the Lipscomb women s and men s teams swept the Atlantic Sun Cross Country Championships. The win was the fifth in a row for the women s program, tying an A-Sun record, and the third consecutive for the men s squad.
