Mark Stair, Hannah Segrave and Jessica Norris each broke Appalachian Athletic Conference Championship meet records en route to conference titles, and Taylor Tafelsky matched Segrave as the pair both won their second championships of the meet to lead the Milligan College track & field teams Saturday at Sevier County High School.
