Louisville, Ky. - Led by senior Robbiccaa Williams, the Lady Bulldogs' cross country team finished 24th overall in the Blue Race at the 2015 Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic.

Williams crossed the finish line in 19:00, finishing 58th out of 285 runners. Sophomore Hannah Rhodes was next in for the Lady Bulldogs, finishing 69th overall with a time of 19:05. Following Rhodes was junior Leah Chance. Chance's finishing time was 19:44 and placed 132nd overall. Sophomore Sierra Knighten was the next finisher for the team, placing 168th overall with a time of 20:09. Rounding out the top five for the Lady Bulldogs was sophomore Chloe Nance. Nance finished with a time of 22:11. Coming in close behind her was senior Brooklyn Girdley. Girdley's finishing time was 22:13.

Tennessee Wesleyan returns to action this Friday, October 9th as they head to Charlotte, N.C. to participate in the Royals XC Challenge hosted by Queens University of Charlotte. The meet will take place at McAlpine Creek Park. The men are set to race at 4:00pm. This meet will be held on the same course that serves as host for this year's NAIA Cross Country National Championship on November 21st.
