NEW ORLEANS Region Athletes and Coaches of the Year for the 2016 NCAA Division II Cross Country season were announced Tuesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), as voted on by the Division's coaches, and Lee University's head coach Caleb Morgan was named South Region Men's Coach of the Year.
